The quirky German film Eden stars television presenter and garage
band singer Charlotte Roche and Josef Ostendorf as a cafe waitress and
an eccentric chef. He runs an exclusive restaurant and his only passion
is food and cooking... until his attention is attracted by a young mother
and her charming but slightly disabled child. An unusual friendship
develops between the two, but her husband’s jealousy throws it into
chaos. The outcome is unexpected. It’s touching, sometimes blackly
funny, and the food is beautiful. Vegetarians may find some scenes
difficult.
